(Gesture of the Fish)

"Mudra" in sanskrit is known  as a "Seal", "Mark", "Gesture".Mudras are non-verbal mode of communication and self-expression, consisting of hand gestures and finger-postures.They are symbolic sign based finger patterns taking the place and are used to evoke in the mind ideas symbolizing divine powers.

Mudras are very  effective when we do it between 4-6am.Matsya mudra is the best yoga mudras.Accordingto Hindu,Jain and 

Buddhist  iconography, this gesture is used to symbolising the "Fish" means Fearlessly  floating in the  ocean of samsara.Matsya avataara of Lord Vishnu is also known by the gesture of the Fish.

Matsya mudra keeps you healthy and prolongs your age.It relaxes the muscles as well as an overcharged endocrine gland.If  matsya mudra practiced  regularly, it will increase memory power and sharpen the brain. It helps to cure hypertension, joint problems. 

Matsya mudra balance the ooxygen  level in the body, strengthen the Respiratory system improves assimilation digestion power.practising these Hasta mudras can prevent and cure many physical and psychological ailments like anger, depression and diabetes etc.
